Joey Murray

Joey Murray (Director)

Joey Murray is a New York City-based Stage and Concert Director. Currently directing Under Construction at NYMF 2015. Most recently, he Directed and Choreographed The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and Pinkalicious The Musical at Jenny Wiley Theatre in Eastern Kentucky. Associate Director for the Broadway-bound production of CAN-CAN at Paper Mill Playhouse. Resident Stage Director for The Broadway Dolls, a "Best of Manhattan" award-winning stage show that has played major performing art centers all over the United States and China. NYC directing credits include: America's Breath of Fresh Air (FRINGE); Bashert (New York Musical Theatre Festival); Tour de Fierce (NYMF); The Hole (New York Theatre Barn); The Gallery (NYTB); Love Letter (Zipper Theatre); The Pride Concert (Joe's Pub/Public Theatre); An Evening of Firsts (featuring Mary Testa/Stage 72) and numerous concerts/readings/workshops. Off Broadway, he provided the book for the controversial rock musical The Hole (with collaborators Rob Baumgartner and Heidi Heilig), at Theatre at St. Clements. Developed and Directed the world premiere Kander and Ebb revue City Lights, and the premiere 80's rock event Take Me Home at Downstairs Cabaret Theatre in Rochester, NY. Associate Director of Grease (Gateway Playhouse). Graduate of Catholic University of America. Studied playwriting and directing at New York University and The Barrow Group.


Ben Rauch

Ben Rauch (Book, Music, Co-Lyricist)

Ben Rauch is an actor/singer/composer/musician, who hails from Marlboro, NJ, recently appeared in the film Jersey Boys, directed by Clint Eastwood, as the pianist/singer for the Four Seasons. He will also be seen in The Bronze which was the official opening night selection at the 2015 Sundance Film Festival and will be in theaters in October. His television credits include a recurring role on Gossip Girl, ED, and Strangers with Candy among others. His additional film work includes Tenderness (with Russell Crowe). His work on stage includes: A Few Good Men (with Lou Diamond Phillips), People Are Living There (Signature Theatre), Lost in Yonkers (Theatre Virginia), Miklat (Florida Stage), The Unexpected Guest, The Sunshine Boys, Spring Awakening (Broadway Workshop), Ludlow Ladd (Tada), Starmites, The Gifts of the Magi, Mental: The Musical (Cherry Lane), Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs (Papermill), Jack and the Beanstalk (Symphony Space). Ben partnered with The NJ Hurricane Sandy Relief Fund to release, At The Water's Edge, a fundraising music video for victims of Hurricane Sandy. The 2013 USA Songwriting Competition honored his song, "I Love Asian Girls" in their top 10 Comedy/Novelty category. Rory Scholl

Rory Scholl (Co-Lyricist)

Rory Scholl is a comedy writer and performer who specializes in creative corporate videos. He writes original content for Michaels Arts and Crafts in store web shows, Cornell University's 150th anniversary live celebrations, and stories for The Moth story slam shows in NYC. He creates original songs for Frederator Studios Bravest Warriors cartoons and is the narrator of the award winning documentary Black Mold Exposure. He is the producer and host of ARTPROV, a touring improv company that combines art and comedy, the lead guitarist of the improvised storytelling group the BTK Band, and performer on the musical house team Royals at the Peoples Improv Theater. He can currently be seen as Julius in the Off Broadway production of Mallorca at the Abingdon Theater company. www.thecreativeoutlets.com





Gaby Gold

Gaby Gold (Co-Lyricist)

Gaby Gold is a native New Yorker. Her original work has been performed at TheatreWorks Silicon Valley, BMI, Symphony Space, The Duplex, Prospect Theatre Company, Stage Left Studio, New York Live Arts, 13th Street Rep, The Laurie Beechman Theatre, The Paley Center and Dixon Place. Gaby cherishes having produced a benefit featuring her original sketches, lyrics and collaborative works to raise money and awareness for children of war in Uganda for which Ben Rauch was Musical Director and co-lyricist for several songs. Her work with Ben has been performed at Birdland, The New York Times and The New York Funny Songs Festival, amongst many other venues. Their work was a Top 10 contender in the USA Songwriting Competition (Comedy/Novelty) and was selected for the 15 Minutes of Fame Festival. She is an alumna of BMI's Lehman Engel Musical Theatre Writing Workshop. Awards include Best Lyrics and Best Song (Series A) for the musical Face to Facebook in the 2012 West Village Musical Theatre Festival (three-time festival participant).

Noriko Sunamoto (Musical Director)

Noriko Sunamoto is a music director, composer, arranger, orchestrator and pianist from Japan.
While her foundation is in Classical music, she draws inspiration from Rock, Pop, Latin, Jazz, Gospel, and R&B. She received a B.A. at Kunitachi College of Music and an M.A. at Tokyo Gakugei University. Upon graduation, she received the Takeoka Prize, and has won multiple electric organ and composition competitions. She studied Jazz at Berklee College of Music, Orchestration at Mannes College The New School for Music, Film Scoring at New York University's Steinhardt School and Musical Theatre Writing at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.
Noriko has performed with "Mamma Mia!", "The Phantom of the Opera", "Wicked", Takarazuka Teatre Co., and numerous Disney Productions. Her original musicals have been produced in amusement parks in Tokyo. Noriko made her Jazz/Latin band debut in New York in April 2013 and musical theatre debut at Off-Broadway in January 2014. Currently Noriko works for several Off-Broadway musical theater such as "702 Punchlines and Pregnant: The Jackie Mason Musical", "Rapunzarella White" and "Triangle The Musical" as a musical director and pianist. She has started to collaborate with musical director, composer, playwright and actors from On-Broadway musicals and Disney theatrical works for various musical theatre projects here in New York. Suzanne Immarigeon (Lighting Designer)

Suzanne Immarigeon is free lance lighting designer based out of Danbury CT (for now) who believes light changes everything. Graduating from WCSU with a BA in technical theatre and design she has designed the lights multiple shows such as The Gallery Player's 2013 Black Box New Play Festival in Brooklyn NY, and many others at Wooster private school including "Seusical the Musical". She has also had the joy of working lights a few concerts at The Ridgefield Playhouse, such as G Love and Special Sauce. She looks forward to growing and expanding her horizon by travailing the world and spreading the joy of lighting.

You-Shin Chen is a New York based scenic designer, originally born and raised in Taiwan. BA in Theatre and Drama at National Taiwan University. MFA in Design for Stage and Film at Tisch, NYU. Rebekah Small is excited to work on this amazing show! She is a recent New York transplant from Florida and is a proud member of AEA. Leslie Ivery

Leslie Ivery (General Manager/ACR)

Leslie Ivery is a third year student at Baruch College, receiving her BA in Music & Theater Management, Production & Performance. She made her debut on the New York theater scene helping develop Masterworks Theater Company's inaugural season performances of The Glass Menagerie and A Midsummer Night's Dream (New York Times Critics Pick). She is currently an employee of Eric Krebs Theatrical Management assisting in the production of all shows, including the Outer Critic Circle-nominated one-man show, The Bullpen. As a performer, she made her New York debut in Christopher Scott's Fall 2014 production of LYSISTRATA (Calonice/Reconciliation). Leslie is grateful and extremely excited to be a part of the Fringe & Single Room Occupancy family!
